Le Macaron!
The French have given us many things….Chanel, Champagne, beautiful cinema….and one of our favorite French culinary creations is the macaron, or as we say ‘macaroon’. This is an undeniably chic, petit cookie. Suzi at Q Wedding Photography worked with us to create this beautiful photo gallery and just in time to celebrate Bastille day! White Chocolate Blueberry, Valrhona Chocolate, and Meyer Lemon Macaroons
Rich, chewy, crunchy, sweet! These are all words synonymous with the Macaroon. The texture is distinct and its flavor can vary. Our favorite flavors include Milk Chocolate Passion Fruit, Cocoa Nib, Japanese Green Tea, Wild Strawberry, Cherry Blossom, and White Truffle. These flavors can be varied from the type of occasion to the time of the season. J’adore!
