About Stardust Pastry
Summer received her formal culinary training at The French Culinary Institute in NYC and has spent the last few years refining those skills at various venues. Most notably Ron Ben-Israel Wedding Cakes, Eleven Madison Park, Patisserie Carratie – Beziers, France, The Palms – Turks and Caicos Islands, and The Lodge at Vail, Colorado. After extensive travel, training, and work, she was recruited to work as an instructor at The Texas Culinary Academy’s Patisserie and Baking Program. It has been Summer’s long term dream to open her own pastry boutique specializing in custom wedding cakes. She loves what she does, and she hopes that you will love it, too.
